Shah Hossain (President)

Shah Hossain is the founder of COBAIT. Prior to founding COBAIT, Shah Hossain served as the Chief Operating Officer for CNS systems Inc. Under Shah Hossain’s leadership, COBAIT has delivered innovative and advanced technology solutions, services and support to its customers, driving the value and profitability for its diverse customer base.

Rafey Kazi is a top performing executive with a 18-year track record of innovation and success in managing, expanding and growing global IT organizations, including C-Level experience with fortune 500 company. Prior to COBAIT, Rafey worked as a CIO and Senior Vice President of Technology for SunGard Energy and Commodities and built an impressive record of achievement through a series of increasingly responsible leadership positions for the global organization.  Rafey played a pivotal role in defining strategy and solutions, creating tactical and strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, business integration and providing overall vision and direction to the company, enabling in the growth of the business by 300%.

Dennis Hernandez is the Managing Director Strategic Development of COBAIT

Dennis Hernandez has long been a visionary in logistics, energy transaction risk management, and the software development industries.   For over 30 years he has provided tremendous insight, expertise, and passion for technology business development with a focus on improved productivity and process management for his clients.

Hernandez brings to COBAIT years of proven expertise in energy & software sales and sales management with numerous enterprise software leaders and energy companies.   Expanding the digital footprint and bringing value to Clients, Hernandez comes at a time when the company has launched its digital transformation business management product BizTRAQ.

Prior to joining COBAIT, Hernandez held roles of increasing responsibility at Texas Eastern, Panhandle Eastern, Duke Energy, Altra Energy Technologies, Sungard (FIS), and most recently Chorus Logistics, a W Energy company.   At Altra Energy, he founded and established Altra as the leading provider of Natural Gas Management and Transmission application systems in the United States.  As Vice President, Hernandez drove sales and market share over 300% per year.

At Texas Eastern, Mr. Hernandez helped design the first “real time” electronic Capacity Release system utilized with the Natural Gas Transportation Electronic Bulletin Board, LINK.

Mr. Hernandez graduated from Texas A&M University with Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Michael Frederick, Head of Product Development

Michael Frederick brings with him a vast experience of product management and development.  Mike has been developing products and solutions for over 25 years and has been leading the innovation and development of BizTRAQ. Mike headed the Product development at COBAIT where he was responsible for delivering the first electronic Clinical Trial Software.

Matt Mandalinci

Matt Mandalinci is an entrepreneur and passionate  executive who has strong strategic planning, financial, M&A and operating management skills. He had 18 years of C-Level experience with SunGard and over 25 years in the software and technology industry. As the first president of SunGard Asia-Pacific, Mr. Mandalinci defined the AsiaPAC business approach. Prior to his role as president of SunGard Energy which he transformed into a very successful business, Mr. Mandalinci was the president of SunGard’s EPI and BancWare businesses, expanding those companies’ software and technology businesses. He has met the challenges of new ventures, turnaround businesses and high growth expansions. Mr. Mandalinci is a former member of the Singapore Economic Review Board and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
